Nighttime Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated 3rd Shift Concierge to join our team at Resort Lifestyle Communities. As a 3rd Shift Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to our residents and guests during the overnight hours.

• Monitor and respond to emergencies, including resident emergency calls and building life safety systems.
• Perform housekeeping and custodial duties in common areas to prepare the community for the next day.
• Assist with various tasks, including interacting with residents and guests, answering phone calls, marketing, and administrative work.
• Be the primary point of contact for the community during the 3rd shift, providing support to residents and preparing the community for the next day.

• Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the night to respond to emergencies.
• Must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds, move tables and furniture, and operate janitorial equipment.
