  • Conduct admission procedures, including paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientation for new clients
  • Perform property searches as required by program standards, including urine drug screenings
  • Supervise medication calls and provide transportation services, including patient transportation and agency errands
  • Attend in-service training, educational workshops, and required staff meetings
  • Develop and maintain client records, progress reports, and treatment documentation
  • Identify and address crises, behavioral changes, and additional assistance needs
  • Adhere to professional ethics, maintain confidential information, and respect appropriate boundaries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • RADT or equivalent certification
  • Valid California driver's license and liability insurance (if driving)
  • Excellent communication, observation, and writing skills
  • Familiarity with recovery resources available in the community
  • Completed required trainings and certifications, including CPR/First Aid, TB test, Health Screen/Work Clearance, and Food Handlers Certification
