Job Title: CT Technologist | Radiology

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Oneida, New York. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. Your expertise will help diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CT Technologist to work in our radiology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CT scanning principles and be able to operate CT scanners with ease. You will work closely with our radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Administer contrast agents and other medications as required
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Strong understanding of CT scanning principles and operation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
