We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team at PuroClean of Marysville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch disaster restoration services to our clients, ensuring their properties are restored to a safe and habitable condition.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to identify restoration needs
- Develop and implement effective restoration plans to meet client needs
- Perform water extraction, drying, and decontamination services
- Remove damaged materials, including wet drywall, moldy drywall, carpet, and other affected items
- Bag and haul debris from properties to designated disposal sites
- Install and monitor drying equipment to ensure optimal drying results
- Perform smoke and odor removal services when necessary
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hour calls as needed
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work in confined spaces and wear respirator masks and other PPE
- Lift up to 70lbs frequently throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate smartphone and tablet software critical to our business
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Competitive hourly rate: $22-$30/hour DOE
