Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant Health. As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with special education staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address these needs.
- IEP Development: Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement IEPs that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Evaluation and Collaboration: Conduct regular evaluations to monitor students' progress and collaborate with special education staff to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of students with varying communication needs, providing individualized support and services as needed.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Licensure: Active state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
