Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage systems, including fire alarms, security systems, and data cabling.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
  • Document all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and system modifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in low voltage technology and fire alarm systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system functionality and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in low voltage systems or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in low voltage installations, specifically with fire alarm systems.
  • Knowledge of local fire codes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with various low voltage technologies and systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Bilingual preferred.
