Key Responsibilities:

As a Hand Therapy Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide high-quality hand therapy services to patients.
  • Oversee assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Foster positive relationships with facilities and clients, enhancing collaboration and communication.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Have completed a minimum of level II clinical rotation or fieldwork in hand therapy, specifically in custom splinting for orthopedic applications, within the last two years.
  • Possess national registration and state licensure or registration.
  • Have current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Maintain a valid state driver's license.
