As a leading provider of skilled living and memory care services in the Western United States, we have consistently expanded our community since our inception in 2012, adding new senior living facilities each year.

Job Responsibilities:- Assist the Maintenance Director in identifying necessary repairs or replacements in apartments, communal areas, landscaping, and parking facilities.
- Complete work orders submitted by residents and staff efficiently.
- Support preventative maintenance efforts to refurbish or replace aging items and avert costly repairs.
- Carry out special projects as assigned.
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance or construction.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, etc.
