Schedule: 1st shift, commencing at 6:30am, Monday - Friday Pay rate: $19.45/hr.Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Line Supervisor:
Organize work schedules and delegate tasks on the production line, assess incoming orders, and establish the production setup.
Oversee productivity and quality to enhance operational efficiency, identify and address issues, and maintain accurate records such as inventory management and order tracking.
Provide training and guidance to new employees, work in conjunction with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, uphold a safe and organized work environment, and guarantee adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in a production line setting, ideally in a supervisory capacity. Comprehensive knowledge of product specifications, production benchmarks, and industry regulations is essential. Proficiency in computer applications and office software, along with strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities, are crucial. Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are also important. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage.
