  • Support front desk operations, which include:

    • Checking members into the system.
    • Facilitating new member registrations.
    • Conducting tours for potential members.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities; capable of engaging positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.

  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Nationally recognized training certification is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent verbal communication in person or via phone during the shift.
  • Ability to occasionally lift weights up to 75 lbs.
