Optical Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated Optical Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new and existing customer relationships, delivering sales plans and company objectives.

• You will provide exceptional customer service through making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences.
• You will contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• You will take pride in store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean and organized.

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You should have strong communication skills (oral and written).
• You should be a self-motivator with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000 - $52,000 based on location and experience. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan, complemented by a first-class total rewards package, including health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
