Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain reports that track campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their marketing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Communication, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Client Services or Account Management, preferably in ad agencies.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing campaign management, including knowledge of email, SMS, social media, etc.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Expertise in general business applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
