Job Overview:

Troon International is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a part-time Server. Ideal candidates will excel in a customer-centric environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt attention to all patrons upon arrival.
2. Articulate daily specials and answer inquiries regarding menu selections, offering recommendations as necessary.
3. Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery of items to guests.
4. Engage with guests to confirm satisfaction and replenish items as required.
5. Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests to enhance service quality.
6. Maintain an organized workstation and complete side work duties efficiently.
7. Handle checks and cash transactions responsibly, utilizing the Point of Sales System.
8. Adhere to established protocols for order taking, placement, and delivery.
9. Follow set standards for greeting guests, cocktail service, food delivery, and overall service techniques.
10. Employ tray service for all food and beverage deliveries.
11. Implement safe work practices throughout job performance.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; two years of serving experience and/or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Must comply with state age regulations for alcohol service.

Additional Qualifications:

Consistent and dependable attendance is essential.
