About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention
  • Monitor and control salon expenses to ensure profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop new stylists to join the team

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage expenses and inventory
