Role of the Clinic Classroom Learning Leader

The Learning Leader is responsible for educating, inspiring, mentoring, and coaching Future Professionals in both technical skills and guest service excellence. This role involves creating remarkable learning experiences within the clinic classroom through objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and interactive learning centers.

Qualifications We Seek

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in education and salon/spa environments, along with familiarity with Dermalogica products. A strong passion for educating and motivating Future Professionals, as well as a commitment to inspiring them in all aspects of clinic classroom operations, is essential. This position necessitates proficiency in effective communication, soft skills, professional development, and teamwork.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Prior teaching experience at a Cosmetology/Esthetics institution
  • Active cosmetology, barbering, or esthetics license for a minimum of three years
  • Exceptional organizational, coaching, and communication abilities
  • Competence in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
  • Demonstrated solid work history with verifiable references
  • Genuine passion for the beauty industry
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical frameworks is advantageous
