About the RoleThis full-time position involves treating 10-14 patients per day, with a focus on achieving exceptional patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have access to excellent benefits, including a mentor program, CEU allowance, and flexible schedules/work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Submit thorough written reports of patient progress to physicians using EMR system eClinicalWorks.
- Assist in determining patient needs and developing therapy plans of care.
- Instruct, teach, and supervise patients and staff regarding therapy procedures within scope of practice.
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, local, and company standards of care and ethics.
- Meet productivity and time management expectations as established by the company and facility.
- Complete timely clinical documentation to support skilled services delivered.
- Accurately complete administrative/billing documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should possess effective verbal and written English communication skills, basic to intermediate Microsoft Word, Internet, and Intranet navigation abilities, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with minimal supervision, taking initiative, and making independent decisions is also essential.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a valid physical therapy license in the state where services are rendered. An estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience.
