A Day in the Life

As an RN Clinical Support Resource Nurse at HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care. You will work closely with nurses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve problems. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze situations, identify opportunities for growth, and develop effective solutions.


Key qualifications include:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
  • Preceptor certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
