Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care for residents under the guidance of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
  • Monitor and document vital signs.
  • Measure and record residents' height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting needs.
  • Support residents with meals and hydration.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' skin conditions to the licensed nurse; provide necessary skin care.
  • Address residents' mental health and social service needs.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA).
