Job Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Professional, your primary duties will include:

  • Cleaning and stocking restrooms, breakrooms, and other areas
  • Cleaning floors, dusting furniture, and polishing windows
  • Operating cleaning equipment and supplies according to company standards
  • Locking doors for building security and safety

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally without assistance
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
