Compensation: $19-$22 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekend rotations
- Weekdays: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Weekends: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Certification: Preferred, but open to candidates without certification
Type of Facility: Primary Care
Patient Volume: Varies based on provider, approximately patients per day
Key Responsibilities:- Rooming patients efficiently
- Conducting triage assessments
- Administering vaccinations and injections
- Performing lab draws as needed
- Obtaining and recording patient vitals
- Conducting EKGs
- Managing prior authorization documentation
- Assisting with front desk operations as required
- Supporting in-office procedures
- Typically assigned to work closely with a provider
- May provide support to other providers based on staffing requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Proficient in patient rooming, triage, vaccinations, injections, lab draws, vital signs acquisition, EKGs, prior authorization processes, front desk tasks, and assisting with in-office procedures
