We are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to lead our efforts in reimagining the way we empower brand advertisers with a self-serve first omni-channel ad platform. This role will be responsible for launching several key initiatives around self-serve, automation, and improving ad experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Customer-Centric Leadership: You will be customer-centric in spirit and in execution, using metrics to improve performance and solving complex challenges.
- Product Development: You will drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch efforts.
- Strategic Partnerships: You will work with data science, engineering, and Walmart partners to define data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs, and UX for reporting dashboards.
- Market Analysis: You will conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in advertising and identify new opportunities.
- Product Roadmap: You will develop and enhance products, managing product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, turning customer insights into actionable initiatives, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area, or 13 years' experience in product management or related area.
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, self-serve platforms, customer experiences, automation, and data analytics. Experience in launching ad experiences and automation is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Sound business judgment, ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
