We are seeking a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences at our Connellsville outpatient physical therapy center.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and directing treatment for patients with medically necessary physical therapy needs. They will also maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with medically necessary physical therapy needs
  • Direct treatment for patients and document their progress
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors
  • Attend and participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start
  • CPR certification required
