Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guest accommodations are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional service to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
  • Prepare for cleaning by organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens.
  • Remove waste and soiled linens from guest rooms and common areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, public spaces, and storage areas.
  • Restock cleaning carts to ensure readiness for the next day.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
  • Report any missing items or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure that all guests have a pleasant and satisfactory experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on courteous and service-oriented interactions.

Salary Range: $17.50-$18.00/hr.
