Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote children's play and curiosity.
- Provide guidance and support to children in a developmental context, utilizing knowledge of child growth and development to inform teaching practices.
- Communicate effectively with families, seeking to teach adults as well as children, and being a positive source of guidance for children and families.
- Adapt teaching style to meet the needs of the school community, being flexible and responsive to the needs of children and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment, prioritizing the physical and emotional well-being of children.
- Participate actively in children's learning, engaging in hands-on activities and supervising children's play.
- Meet the requirements for a teaching certificate from the Department of Early Education or obtain the necessary credentials.
