Job Title: Program Security Representative

Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a Program Security Representative (PSR) II and contribute to the advancement of our mission and business strategy. As a key member of our team, you will provide multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs) and ensure the safeguarding of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day security support, including continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and collateral data.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
  • Brief all levels of personnel on security-related topics.
  • Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
  • Monitor, report, and track corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of related experience, including SAP experience.
  • Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards experience.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with DOD, military, and civilian personnel.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
