Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Pet Play Specialist to join our team at Pet Palace Resorts. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and playtime to our furry friends.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide engaging playtime activities for dogs and cats, including running, throwing toys, and interactive games
  • Read and update kennel cards to ensure accurate and timely care
  • Chart eliminations and report cards to maintain accurate records
  • Perform minor cleaning tasks after playtime to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure the well-being of our pets
Requirements
  • Ability to lead and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work with animals and provide exceptional care
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate software
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous animal care experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours
