Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and manage cash refunds and exchanges.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying trash cans.
  • Inventory Management: Check in vendor deliveries, ensure shelves are stocked and rotated, and remove damaged or out-of-code merchandise.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities as assigned to accommodate store operational needs.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 years of age or older in certain states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
