As a key member of our leadership team, the Head of Risk Monitoring will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our patient care services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations of our patient care departments to ensure alignment with our organizational objectives.
- Monitoring departmental budgets and regulatory compliance to ensure seamless operations.
- Determining and justifying needs for systems, equipment, and supplies to support patient care.
- Assessing the quality of patient care delivered and managing complaints and conflicts through to resolution.
- Managing staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
- Performing and overseeing scheduling, recruitment, labor utilization, and retention, payroll, and student engagements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Required)
- Advanced certifications in ACLS, BLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring, NRP, and Registered Nurse License
- Three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience
- Strong critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, and decisive judgment
