Dialysis Nurse Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in dialysis nursing, with expertise in leadership roles for in-center, Home Hemodialysis, and Peritoneal Dialysis.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead hemodialysis nursing teams in-center, Home Hemodialysis, and Peritoneal Dialysis
- Uphold and support company values in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and visitors
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
- At least 2 years' experience in dialysis nursing
- Current state licensure
- Strong computer literacy and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health and life insurance, dental and vision coverage, and a 401(k) match.
