Productivity Engineer

The PepsiCo Food North America R&D Productivity Engineer will lead the creation, development, qualification, and execution of Productivity initiatives. This role requires applying engineering principles, project management skills, and experimental design/analysis to create, evaluate, and execute Productivity projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create project tactics and plans to quantify and develop identified opportunities.
  • Apply sound engineering and science principles to address technical challenges.
  • Develop experimental designs and statistical analysis of results.
  • Lead communication of results and recommendations to FLNA Senior Leadership.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in R&D, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects/teams.
  • Willingness/ability to travel.
