Paddle Boston Adventure:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced kayak enthusiasts to join our team as Adventure Kayaking Instructors at Charles River Recreation Inc - Paddle Boston. As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching kayak lessons and providing guidance to participants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Teach efficient paddling techniques and provide guidance on waterway navigation
  • Assist with trip planning and preparation
  • Ensure participant safety and well-being

Requirements:

  • Significant kayaking experience
  • Strong instructional and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Estimated Salary: $20-$24/hour + tips for lead instructors, $16/hour + tips for assistant instructors.
