We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our growing network in Upstate New York. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of our primary care services.
About the Role- Recruit and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality primary care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our primary care network.
- Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine, or dual-certification in Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Experience in primary care or a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
