As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of exceptional landscapes and hardscapes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a crew to install world-class landscapes and hardscapes, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally on-site, maintaining good communication with clients and fellow team members, and ensuring clean work sites and well-maintained equipment.
  • Oversee and participate in the loading of vehicles and preparation for job sites, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  • Maintain open communication with the Project Manager, ensuring seamless project coordination and execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in landscape installation and management.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a landscape or construction-related field.
  • Valid driver's license and knowledge of landscape-related equipment.
  • Experience with irrigation, drainage, and landscape installation.
  • Ability to remain professional in challenging situations and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capable of understanding instructions and performing tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of job flow and processes for completing tasks.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
