Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Consumer Industries, IT Solutions, or Consulting.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional or technical leadership capacity.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certification: Certification in specific subject area.
  • Advanced Education: Master's degree.
  • SAP Certification: SAP Functional and/or Technical Solution Certification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Industry Expertise: Expert knowledge in specific industry and area of expertise to include how SAP software is used in the client's business environment and how the SAP Solution will enhance the overall business and technical processes.
  • SAP Business Processes: Expert understanding of SAP business processes, strong configuration, design, and development.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, project teams, and senior management to build relationships and articulate ideas.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead project teams and provide technical guidance and leadership.
