Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and inspect mechanical systems, including electronic, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Perform disassembly, reassembly, fabrication, repair, and inspection of mechanical systems.
  • Set up and operate various machine and hand instruments, including routers, dispatchers, and expeditors.
  • Check work for correctness and ensure compliance with written work instructions and prescribed standards.
  • Work with production resources and teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • Develop multiple jobs simultaneously and have the flexibility to work across shifts.
Requirements:
  • Experience with common hand instruments, including screwdrivers, sockets, ratchets, torque tools, and analyzers.
  • Ability to adhere to detailed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to develop multiple jobs simultaneously and work across shifts.
  • Related experience working in a manufacturing, assembly, aviation, or naval environment, with hands-on technical experience in repair, installation, and inspection.
