Mandolin Cook Position

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Mandolin, a well-established contemporary Southern restaurant known for its fresh, seasonal dishes made from scratch.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
  • Cooking and arranging food.
  • Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
  • Preparing workstations for cooking and maintaining kitchen equipment.
  • Checking ingredient quality and using various techniques to prepare cooking ingredients.
  • Cooking food using various culinary techniques and ensuring appealing presentation.
  • Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a cook.
  • Skilled in operating kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation procedures.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, act quickly, and hold at least a high school diploma.
