Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

At Ingram Micro, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the facilities team, ensuring the effective delivery of facilities services.
  • Develop and implement facilities strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall work environment.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire and life safety systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and administer facilities services.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure facilities performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as architecture, construction, facilities management, engineering, or business.
  • 8+ years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale facilities projects.
  • Industry-related certifications, such as CoreNet, BOMA, IFMA, or PMI.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
