Job OverviewWe are seeking an A-Player Patient Care Coordinator who can bring energy, initiative, and a passion for exceptional customer service to our physical therapy office.
The right candidate will play a key role in ensuring our patients have a seamless experience from scheduling to billing, while also supporting the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Be the welcoming face of our practice, greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Efficiently manage appointment schedules and calendars to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Verify insurance coverage, handle authorizations, and navigate out-of-network policies with confidence.
- Collect, maintain, and update electronic medical records accurately.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve patient inquiries promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment, ensuring it operates efficiently.
- Work closely with our physical therapy and administrative teams to guarantee exceptional patient experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
