Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
  • Identify, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
  • Engage directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required and provide time estimates for further repairs.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is a plus.
  • B level qualifications, including expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Good manual dexterity, requiring steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and basic computer skills.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor, along with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic work environment.
  • A collaborative teammate capable of working effectively with others.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies, repair techniques, and specifications.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
