Radiography Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiography Specialist to join our team at Olsson. As a key member of our team, you will perform advanced-level special inspections, building inspections, and Non-Destructive testing work with direct collaboration with Olsson project managers and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct radiography, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing.
• Document and report inspection results.
• Thorough understanding of procedures, codes, and specifications to produce code quality radiographs.
• Properly establish, maintain, and control radiation boundaries and ensure compliance to state and NRC safety regulations.
• Communicate with client representatives.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to contribute and work well with a team.
• 40-hour radiation safety certification (Valid State Card or IRRSP).
• Level II RT/MT/PT preferred, but not required.
• Must provide proof of classroom training hours in RT/MT/PT.
• Familiarity with ASME, AWS, and API codes.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
• Schedule flexibility.
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
