Nurse Manager

At Milford Center, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and exceptional service to our patients and residents. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in our team, providing care for a variety of patients with complex diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
- Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
