Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Advocate to join our team at Butler Hospital. As a patient advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist registered nurses in providing direct care to patients, focusing on their activities of daily living.
  • Evaluate and address patients' needs for service, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or comparable behavioral health experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients.
  • C.N.A. certification preferred, with a 2% pay differential available to active license holders.
