Ramar Intl Corp is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the bi-weekly payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave administration.

Your Role: Under the leadership of the Head of People & Culture, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, verification, and processing of payroll transactions. You will also ensure accurate calculation of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions based on employee records and relevant agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Manage bi-weekly payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
- Benefits Administration: Administer annual health fairs and benefits enrollment processes, manage benefit additions, terminations, and changes, and reconcile monthly bills.
- Leave Administration: Track and communicate employee leave requests under FMLA, PFL, and other applicable laws.
- Compliance, Audits, and Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, conduct routine audits, and stay up-to-date on regulatory changes.
- Customer Service & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll, benefits, and leave-related inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience, 3+ years of experience with multi-state payroll processing, 1+ year of experience in leave administration, Paylocity experience a plus.
- Travel: 10% travel required.
- Work Location: In-person work at our Pittsburg, CA location.
