Quad is seeking a Press Setup and Operation Specialist to work in our In-Store facility in West Allis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup and operation of large format litho press infeed.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and operating press feeder equipment.
  • Assisting press operators with daily tasks.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mathematical skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret written instructions.
  • Prior experience as a press feeder, especially in large format printing.
  • Knowledge of UV printing and experience with heavy board, plastics, and other unusual substrates.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Color knowledge and ability to pass a color test.
  • Forklift operation and material handling experience a plus.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday with overtime and weekends as required.
