Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Vent Unit at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your nursing skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership roles as needed, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

  • Provide high-quality patient care to residents
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree, a license for Practical Nursing, and AHA CPR Certification. You should also possess basic computer skills and experience with Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine.
