Early Childhood Educator

Catalyst Kids is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a catalyst for young minds, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children.

• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum that fosters positive child development.
• Create and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes social-emotional growth and well-being.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Supervise and engage children in various activities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality programs and services that meet the needs of our children and families.

• 24 units of postsecondary education in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in a group care environment, preferably with a consistent age group.
• Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a professional team environment.
• Current adult and infant/child CPR & First Aid certification is preferred.
