Job Title: Tree Climber

Monster Tree Service of the Mid-South is seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our team. As a Tree Climber, you will be responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Climb and prune trees safely and efficiently.
  • Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
  • Work as part of a crew, supporting the Crew Foreman and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with climbing, pruning, and removing trees using rope and saddle.
  • Knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.
  • Experience with Aerial Lifts is desired.
  • Familiarity with ANSI standards.
  • Driver's License required with a clean driving record, CDL preferred.
  • Experience with crew management, training, customer service, and safety procedures is highly valuable.
