Job Description

This RN II role involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide safe and effective patient-centered care for children and families. Key responsibilities include:

* Assessing patients and developing individualized care plans

* Implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes

* Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college program or technical school, or a nursing diploma

* 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in pediatrics

* A valid RN License (AR or Compact State) issued by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN)

Preferred Qualifications

* A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

* Certification specific to patient population

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $63,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
