Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and diagnose patients with diseases and adverse health conditions, following established guidelines and protocols.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Conduct daily multidisciplinary rounds to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Provide on-call coverage and respond to patient needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
- State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license.
- AHA/ARC BLS certification.
