Key Responsibilities:

Lead a culture of compliance on the project
Foster a positive work environment where safe work is enabled
Review and approve safety plans and execution plans for contractors
Verify plans comply with site procedures and HSE plan
Receive and audit safety plans for subcontractors
Perform daily audits against approved safety plans
Review and endorse mitigation plans for contractors
Attend project safety meetings and lead weekly site safety meetings
Participate in incident audits and review contractor incident reports
Ensure waste disposal and exposure monitoring are performed per site requirements

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred
Experience with audits, safety plans, and mitigation plans
